All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. As long as you have a membership plan with us, we will hold your personal data indefinitely. However, when your membership expires with us, we will delete all relevant personal data.
Information we retain from contact forms varies dependent on which form is used. Anything considered to be a general enquiry will be stored for no longer than 3 months or the ticket has been resolved. As for anything sale related, including quotes, will be held until deemed necessary.
Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes and for future export.
